Integrating Slack with your organization's Snapshot Reviews account

The Integrations module is only available to admin users and can be found at https://portal.snapshot.reviews/admin/integrations

In this module admins users can access the Slack integration settings.

Steps to Integrate:

Step 1: Authorize Slack
Click on the “Connect” button on the right side of the Slack icon and authorize Snapshot Reviews to connect with your Slack workspace.

Step 2: Invite the Snapshot Reviews App to your Slack Channels
Once connected, you must invite the Snapshot Reviews Slack application to the channels that you wish to receive notifications in. You can do this in 2 ways:

  1. Open the channel to which you’d like to add the app. Using the “@” command type “@snapshotreviews” into your chosen channel and send the message. The application will automatically be added to the channel.

2. Open the channel to which you’d like to add the app. Click on the cluster of profile pictures in the top right and click on integrations. Click on “Add an App” and search for Snapshot Reviews. Click “Add” and the Snapshot Reviews app will be added to the channel.

Step 3: Create automated Stand-Ups
After the Snapshot Reviews application has been added to your Slack channels you can create automated standups. Simply navigate to https://portal.snapshot.reviews/admin/home and click on “Schedule Standup” to get started.
